Current Human-in-the-Loop frameworks impose theoretical limits on scalability and speed. Senka Labs is researching and building the infrastructure for fully agentic organizations that plan, act, and self-improve independently.

OUR THESIS

We operate on the conviction that by 2030, AI models will possess the agency required to run Aligned Autonomous Organizations (AAOs).

Accordingly, we are researching and building the cognitive infrastructure required to support them. Senka Labs leverages frontier models and agentic frameworks to engineer the recursive systems that make the AAO possible.

Terra-01

Terra-01 is the internal simulation environment where we build and test our Aligned Autonomous Organizations. Acting as a 'glass box' for our research, it allows us to run multi-agent swarms in a contained setting to observe how they organize, interact, and solve problems. We use Terra-01 as a staging ground to monitor behavior and stress-test decision-making, ensuring our agents are stable and aligned.
